Telehealth services are limited to specific virtual consultations, triage, lifestyle/nutritional counsel, and remote rehabilitation support within the scope of Texas chiropractic law. Patients must be physically located in Texas at the time of clinical service. Telehealth care does not fully replace the clinical necessity of physical, in-person spinal examinations or manual manipulations when clinically indicated."
